Due to Bangladesh shipping laws, fragility, and other logistical constraints, NINOBD.XYZ may not carry every item displayed on the website. All prices are quoted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
Products displayed online may also be available at select NINO stores in Bangladesh while stocks last. In some cases, online merchandise may not be available in physical stores. Prices and promotional offers may vary between online and offline platforms. Website sale prices are internet-only and may not reflect in-store pricing.
2. Handcrafted Products
All NINO products are handcrafted. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that the delivered product will be exactly identical to the product image shown online, although every effort is made to ensure close resemblance.
3. Product Availability
Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, items are produced in limited quantities. Once sold out, products may not be restocked or reappear on the website.
We make every effort to remove out-of-stock items promptly. However, some products may become unavailable due to quality control issues. For availability inquiries, please contact us between 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Bangladesh Standard Time).
4. Colours
We strive to display product colors as accurately as possible. However, color appearance may vary depending on device screens and display settings. We cannot guarantee exact color accuracy.
5. Pricing
In case of pricing errors caused by system or typographical issues, NINO reserves the right to cancel or refuse any orders placed at an incorrect price.
All product prices and services are subject to applicable taxes under the laws of Bangladesh.
6. Payment and Credit Note
NINO reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order, regardless of payment confirmation. If payment has already been made, a refund or credit note will be issued immediately.
7. Shipping and Processing Fees
Shipping and processing fees cover order handling, packaging, and delivery services. The risk of loss or damage during shipment is borne by our delivery partners. Customers will be compensated for the full value of items if they are not delivered or arrive damaged.

8. Cancellation Policy
Orders placed through NINO’s webstore may be cancelled. Customers are requested to review order details carefully before confirming purchases.
If any discrepancy is found in delivered items, customers must notify us within 7 days of receiving the product.

Occasionally, product descriptions, pricing, or availability information may contain errors or inaccuracies. NINO reserves the right to correct such errors and update information without prior notice, even after an order has been placed.
